Bally's is under new ownership and there are lots of changes going on in the hotel, casino as well as the restaurants. Water Dog, like it's neighbor across the walkway Jerry Longo's Meatballs and Martinis, is about a year old at this point. Water Dog is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night snacks seven days a week. Water Dog also has a nice bar as soon as you approach the front of the restaurant.
