Video Transcript: Hi, I’m Daniele Chilton, General Manager for Desert Diamond Casinos. On behalf of all of us at Desert Diamond, we are so excited to welcome you back. As you will see when you come in, we’ve been working very hard during the closure to get ready for your return. Our team has completely retooled both facilities in your absence. We have monitored and complied with CDC, state and other recommended safety guidelines, and added an additional level of measures. These changes are designed to protect you, and our team members. These times are unprecedented, as are the measures we’ve implemented. We believe this is the responsible way to offer top of the line entertainment in a safe environment. So, what can you expect to see when you come in? Rest assured, the same great service, top games and entertainment experience that Desert Diamond Casinos is famous for. This includes slot machines and dining options at both are southern Arizona locations, and Poker and Table Games at our Tucson location. You will notice right away the extensive social distancing elements we’ve implemented, which we all know is an important deterrent. When you enter you will see signs and floor markers to indicate safe social distancing as you move around the casinos. Additional hand sanitizers are located throughout both facilities in high traffic areas. Chairs from every other machine have removed and those machines have been placed out of service. We’ve also added plexiglass comfort barriers in key areas throughout our properties. Similar arrangements for distancing have also been placed at both Food Courts, the Sahuarita Sports Bar, and our Tucson location’s Keno Bar and Tree Bar. We have also implemented major increases in cleaning procedures. One change that will be quite noticeable is the deployment of “specialized clean teams” throughout each facility doing continuous cleaning of high-contact areas, using state-of-the-art disinfectant equipment. These “clean teams” have received extensive training to ensure that they exceed recommended cleaning practices. Every night, we will be shutting down both properties for a few hours to allow for even more extensive cleaning. We’ve increased the frequency of cleaning and air filter replacement for our HVAC systems, and we will maximize the amount of external air flow into our facilities. We’re taking these extraordinary measures because nothing is more important than your safety, and that of our team members. We will also be asking for your help in this effort. Temperature screenings for all guests will be done when you arrive. Obviously, if you do not feel well, we ask that you please stay home and contact your medical provider if needed. We are also asking that you wear a mask while you are at our facility. If you don’t have a mask, we will provide one when you enter. Please be sure to follow social distance guidelines and remain six feet away from others who are not in your party. Our team members are committed to these guidelines and will start their days by going through screenings, including temperature checks, when they arrive. Anyone showing COVID symptoms will receive additional screenings and appropriate steps will be taken if symptoms persist. All team members will follow the recommended handwashing guidelines, regardless of whether they are wearing gloves. Poker and Table Game dealers and players will also be required to sanitize their hands when they enter a table. We have the best team members anywhere and, as always, they will be on the floor ready to assist or answer questions. They will also be reminding our guests of the guidelines we have implemented to ensure Desert Diamond Casino offers the safest gaming environment available.
