It's not cheap for a reason and he has many reasons for that. He says, "It’s got the highway, it’s got the Sahara, it’s got 2,000 feet on the Strip, and it’s the last Strip property. And 102 acres is just a massive amount of land — you can almost build a city on it." It does have many benefits and it would be exciting for a new owner to take over the project. Although it would be one of, if not, the last family orientated Strip casino to exist. It originally opened in 1968 with a full circus theme and had clowns everywhere, real animals and so much more inside! You can't find that anywhere else today on the Strip or in Las Vegas.
